We maintain a defect rate of less than 2%. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and provide a photograph that clearly indicates the problem.

The most important aspects of our return and refund policies are as follows:

1. Customers have Lifetime Guarantee to return this Product.
2. You are required to submit a photograph that clearly shows the problem.
3. For defective products and customer remorse this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in another way, customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit or they no longer want the item.
4. If a return is necessary, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a shipping label.
5. If Return is Confirmed, we will send you the return label you can Download/Print and paste it for return purpose.

6. Return Method is by Post.
7. Product should be in the unused condition - similar to new product conditions which it is delivered.
8. If return is confirmed from our end No Restocking fee will be collected.

Refund Deposit Status

Once the Refund is approved from our end then the number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account will be taken 3-5 Business days.
